Mirroring OpenSSH in Pakistan

Hello,

We'd like to mirror Portable OpenSSH (http://www.openssh.com/portable.html) 
at the Lahore University of Management Sciences in Pakistan. Is it 
permissible to mirror just openssh, without the rest of the OpenBSD 
distribution? If so, would it be sufficient to just rsync the 
OpenBSD/OpenSSH/portable/ directory under one of the servers listed at 
http://www.openbsd.org/ftp.html#rsync?

We are actually interested in mirroring all of OpenBSD in the near future, 
but would like to mirror just OpenSSH in the interim.
