Can you please suggest a pc configuration for OpenBGPD application

Dear Sir, I am interested using OpenBGPD for a gigabit ethernet BGP-4 connection to a internet exchange switch (AMS-IX). Our application is IPTV, we have a streaming server with GB ethernet interfacewe and we use about 800mbit data transfer and max of 1000 connections. I am thinking to get a PC to run OpenBGPD on it with 2xGibabit Ethernet interface one to connect AMS-IX switch, another to conect our IPTV streaming server, what configurations would you recomend for the OpenBGPD PC ,based from your past experiences (cpu utilization and mem requirements). We have our ASN and a "C" class IP address space. Many Thanks for your time and considerations.
