umsm(4) devices are not mentioned on i386.html and amd64.html

Just noted that umsm(4) supports nice pile of USB devices, but none of
them are listed on i386.html and amd64.html.  Also driver itself is not
listed.  Sorry not for providing diff, i just do not know where to put
umsm(4) section.
