OpenBSD orders and openbsdfoundation.org down (from where I am)

Some days, for about a week now, I've tried to connect to both the
OpenBSD orders page (https://https.openbsd.org/cgi-bin/order.eu) and
OpenBSD foundation page (http://openbsdfoundation.org/) with no luck.
Connection always times out. I tested one particular http proxy
(http://colorfilter.wickline.org/?j=1;u=openbsdfoundation.org;t=p) and I
got through, so I can see it's not a universal problem.

My network is 80.220.16.0/20, I've tried two IPs from this network. I
just want to make sure, that the pages really are *not* down, and you
don't do any blocking by network range. In case you don't, I guess I
must complain to my ISP.
