FUNET mirror site

The FUNET mirror site is chronically out of date.  Who should I contact
to get the new releases automatically loaded without my having to write
them each time?

	"The current policy requires mirrors listed on this page
	to provide at least the last two releases in binary form
	(currently 4.2 and 4.3), as well as the OpenSSH ..."

My earlier work around was to use other mirror sites, but the vendor
representatives at Kemi-Tornio University of Applied Sciences see fit to
block the other sites at the DNS level.  I'm working at solving that
one, too.
