FAQ and PF Guide for 4.3 in txt and pdf missing?

Hello,

I'm having trouble finding a version of the FAQ (pdf or txt) or the PF
Guide (pdf or txt)
for OpenBSD 4.3. All versions of the documents seem to be for version
4.2, even on
the mirrors, except for the online version.
Maybe some process to convert the online version into txt and pdf
documents failed
to run? Also on the cds, the doc directory is missing, but that may be
intentional.
