sorry, i didn;t spot that most of your points were about the web
interface for man pages. just in general, the script that hand;es all
that stuff is not perfect, so there are some small issues with it.

the nroff source for openchrome(4) has man pages without reference
numbers, to the online man page won;t have them either. that's really
something that would need to be fixed upstream in the source code page,
presuming upstream haven;t fixed it yet.

some problem with the script, i suspect. there isn;t one for exa(4)
either. hmm, it might have issues with souce files ending .man instead
of .[0-9], but that's just me guessing.
