I don't think you're likely to see that as long as CD sales remain an
important part of the project's revenue...

On the other hand, it is a recurring request, so why don't you undertake 
to maintain it on some public web site for a while? You'd be doing a big 
favor for everybody else who wants to be the first on their block to 
create their own OpenBSD LiveCD project.
