You have not given enough information for anybody to really help you.
First you must say what operating system, including version.

For OpenBSD systems, OpenSSH comes with the operating system and if you
are out of date with OpenSSH then you are out of date on other things as
well. So you would upgrade to OpenBSD 4.4 and get the new OpenSSH as
part of that. See the FAQ at http://www.openbsd.org/faq/ For other BSD
systems please check their documentation on upgrading.

For most Linux distros you will need to refer to the documentation for
the distro and whatever package management system is in use on your
system. Once again, if your OpenSSH is out of date then other things are
likely to be out of date as well.
