Possible new mirror site in Spain

Dear OpenBSD Team,


I'm using OpenBSD at home and at work and, finally, it seems possible to 
convince definetively my boss for build a new OpenBSD mirror using our 
enterprise resources (cdmon.com, the 5th hosting company in Spain).

At this point, I've some questions:

?It is really needed a new mirror in my country (Spain)? If the present 
two mirrors are enough I think a new mirror is a no sense.

?What kind of mirror (http, ftp, afs or rsync) is preferible according 
the OpenBSD needs? The last goal is help the proyect, so the kind og 
mirror it's not important at all.

?Do you know (aprox) how bandwidth (in Mbps, of course) are needed? ?Do 
you have some statistics about?
