Rsync frequency

Hi all,

Following the instructions and advices that Jane Johansson send to me 
through private mail, I'm building a new FTP mirror at present moment 
into my enterprise datacenter (my boss is a good guy, of course).

I'm getting the initial data from rsync://rsync.de.openbsd.org/OpenBSD/ 
using rsync.
When I'll finish it I'll do a simple shell script to rsync periodically 
via cron.

?How often this re-sync script should be?
