If anyone interrested, I've add a fresh http mirror available at
http://openbsd.delfic.org on 100MB bandwidth
It provides last 2 openbsd versions and snapshots.
Location : France

It currently syncing on rsync://rsync.de.openbsd.org/OpenBSD/
