www.openssh.org has the info.

For other than OpenBSD systems see the portable version at
http://www.openssh.org/portable.html

For OpenBSD see http://www.openssh.org/openbsd.html

You may also want to check with the distributor of the operating system
you are using to see if they have an updated package. Instructions for
that will vary according to their software packaging system.
