Hello!

Don't know if this is the right place to report a bug in man.cgi, but here we
go anyway.

Looking up tar(1) in the online man-pages [1], you can see in the second
paragraph of the description that "first (legacy)" is has been processed as
a reference to "first" in the "legacy" section.
