upgrade45.html: Shouldn't /sbin/oreboot be removed at some point ?

During "Upgrading without install kernel" a temporary reboot program is 
created (/sbin/oreboot). In my opinion it could be removed during the 
step "After reboot completes, upgrade /dev".
