The requirements are shown towards the bottom of that page; 
basically full release + 2 snapshots with full packages for all 
arch. I think you are ok on that front.

Also someone has to have time to check over the mirror, and given
the login banner "Microsoft FTP service" I would want to spend a
bit more time than usual over this...

By the way, the snapshot packages directory (at least for i386,
I haven't looked at others yet) currently contains files from
a mixture of two snapshots.
