issue in upgrade instructions for OpenBSD 4.6

Hi there,

I think I've found an issue in the upgrade instructions for 4.6 at 
http://www.openbsd.org/faq/upgrade46.html#final
'cp mail/Makefile mail/smtpd.conf mailer.conf /etc/mail'
copies mailer.conf to /etc/mail/, shouldn't it be /etc/ ?
