mirror.planetunix.net IPv6 support

Hello all,

I have setup IPv6 support for all mirror services running on
mirror.planetunix.net.

This includes:

ftp://mirror.planetunix.net/pub/OpenBSD
http://mirror.planetunix.net/pub/OpenBSD
rsync://mirror.planetunix.net/OpenBSD
AnonCVS via ssh port 22 and 2022, and pserver.

Please update the mirror list accordingly.

I will be keeping track of IPv6 usage of the mirror in case anyone is
curious how much traffic it generates.
