www.openbsd.org seems to be down

Hi,

FYI:
The machine (129.128.5.191) works enough for me to be able to ping it,
but I can't access http://www.openbsd.org with my web browser. 'nc'
times out.

Looks like either a bad problem with the web server or some weird
problem with a packet filter in front of this machine.
