xenocara uxterm

I posted about this on misc@ but I guess
that was not the right place to post. So,
I'm posting it here as well.

I'm using April 20th snapshot of xenocara.
I used to be able to view, for example
japanese wikipedia, using lynx(1) on uxterm.
I am using a non-us keyboard and I was
able to type in unicode characters using
ed(1) on uxterm. Using unicode on uxterm was
also possible for some ports, e.g. net/micq.
None of these is possible now.

I'll appreciate if you fix them so that I
don't have to use big programs only for
unicode support. Thank you.
