It's committed now, so snapshots in the near future should have
this in.  The build process should be something like this;

cd /usr/xenocara/drivers/xf86-video-chips
make -f Makefile.bsd-wrapper obj
make -f Makefile.bsd-wrapper build

you might need a "make bootstrap" in /usr/xenocara first (see
/usr/xenocara/README).
