XFree86 works but Xorg doesn't

Hello,

I can't use Xorg but XFree86  is working fine..
I have a hp compaq nx9005 laptop with :

vga1 at pci1 dev 5 function 0 "ATI Radeon IGP 320M" rev 0x00
wsdisplay0 at vga1 mux 1: console (80x25, vt100 emulation)
wsdisplay0: screen 1-5 added (80x25, vt100 emulation)


I tried it with "machdep.allowaperture=1". 
See attached file Xorg.0.log.1

and with "machdep.allowaperture=2".
