Proposal to remove macirssi & lsof

I propose removing macirssi and lsof.  The former's source code is made
for Fink dependencies and there is a binary available, while the latter is
already included in OS X and the port is broken and unlikely to ever be
fixed anyway because of the great difficulty of compiling it with OS X
headers.

Keeping these ports is pointless and confuses users.  Any objections to
removing them?
