HELP Changed IP address and services do not work now

aloha everyone,

we are need of help! we built two mac servers on 10.4 clients with
darwinports. we installed through darwinports : php5, mysql5, apache2, and
phpmyadmin. Once the servers were build we migrated them to our server room
and gave them new IP addresses. Restarted the boxes and now both of them do
not automatically start apache2 or mysql5. In fact, we can't even get them
started. Apahce2 if started manually with ./apachectl start responds without
error. then we test it and it does not load anything through a
browser.Nextwe try ./apachectl stop and "get httpd (no pid file) not
running".

As a side note we did do the command to add mysql5 and apache2 to auto start
under /library/launchdaemons. We can see the two plist files in there. but
upon rebooting nothing starts.

Does anyone have any ideas on what is wrong? Are we missing a setting
somewhere since changing our IP addresses on the machines? everything worked
fine before the ip address changes.
