Ah, so in this case, 'port list inactive' logically became just 'port  
list' since the inactive part ended up empty?

Then perhaps the man page should, for the 'list' target, say 'List  
ports which match the given port or pseudo-port, or all ports when no  
arguments given.  If given a pseudo-port, expands it prior to  
listing, which could result in ALL ports being shown when the pseudo- 
port evaluates to no ports.' since this handling is kinda confusing?   
Though my new wording is somewhat confusing as well...
