Emmanuel, I have not yet tried to do so, but have you successfully taken
data on a Darwin UFS disc volume and mounted it to another OS in the same
hardware such as Linux PPC like YellowDog Linux for G4 or G5 (or Linux Intel
on Mac Intel hardware)? Or some other OS (OpenBSD, FreeBSD) running in a
virtual machine on the same Mac Intel hardware such as Parallels?
