The gtk2 port has very recently been uodated. Unfortunately the new version
requires cups >= 1.1.8, because in that version in the struct ppd_group_str
(in ppd.h) a new name field was added, and gtk2 now uses that. This field
is not present in Apples' version of cups. Up to now darwinports only
supplies cups headers (port cups-devel) but of course you can't use newer
headers with an old version of cups. So maybe the solution would be to
install a new version of cups, but I doubt that Mac OS X will use it
instead of the standard version. If not, this would probably break things
considerable. 

So probably the safest might be to downgrade gtk2 to the latest version
that doesn't use the name field.
