Thanks Chris and Emmanuel for the links. I also discovered today that Linus
Torvalds and his core maintainers added HFSX support to the Linux Kernel
starting with 2.6.16 so that is a nice development even though apparently
such HFSX volumes need to have journaling disabled before mounting them to a
Linux system.
