tripwire does complete --init step

aloha,

have two 10.4 tiger clients set-up as webservers. The first box completed
find with all of the tripwire steps. The second box hangs on the --init
step. Does anyone have any ideas on what is causing the hang?

The harddrive sizes and usage is different between the two boxes. The one
that completed is basically under 15gigs while the one that hangs is about
80 gigs.

I have tried running the init command three times and each time it hangs
after /var/.../spool and says not found. then it says contiuning. but it
seems to just hang there and terminates by ssh connection.

will try locally on the machine and see if it does it.

any advice? thanks in advance.
