Ok. I guess it's good enough to share now. Here's what the output  
looks like with my installed ports:

It takes a minute or two to run, since MacPorts takes some time to  
compute each port's dependencies.

Being a PHP programmer, I wrote this as a web site. It requires php5  
and Graphviz, and obviously MacPorts / DarwinPorts (that is, the port  
command). Unfortunately the Graphviz 2.8 port in MacPorts can't  
render this graph; it crashes. I assume that's just a problem with  
Graphviz 2.8 and that this will be corrected once Graphviz 2.10 is  
released and this is included in MacPorts. Unfortunately, my non- 
MacPorts Graphviz binaries cannot currently function when called from  
the web server, so that doesn't work either. What does work is to use  
the Pixelglow Mac OS X version of Graphviz:

Now you download my PHP files, put them under your document root and  
call it up in a browser.
