Well, Apple used to ship apache2 in /opt/apache2.

I don't have Mac OS X Server, so it's hard to test ... _and_ it's  
really against the darwinports/macports philosophy to build against  
it anyway (it's just there by popular demand).

You can use the '-dv' arguments to port to see more information on  
what is happening (ie, port -d -v install subversion +mod_dav_svn)

Also, you can use 'port contents portname' to see what a port  
installed... (so 'port contents subversion | grep mod_dav' would  
probably tell you where it got installed).
