Hmmm....I do appear to have rewritten the FAQ, though that wasn't my 
intention.  I don't think I will patch the FAQ with this document as 
they're supposed to be for different audiences, and the FAQ answers 
are perfectly servicable.  In fact, it may not be that the Q-n-A style 
is best for this IBM site; perhaps I should try and write it more as 
an article.  It was opinions such as these for which I posted the 
article to the list ;-)
