running OS X apps on opendarwin in iMac

Is it possible to run OS X NATIVE application directly on opendarwin in iMac 
WITHOUT a copy of OS X?

If no, then what else should I also install (EXCLUDE OS X or other 
proprietory software) in order to run OS X on opendarwin?
