As of Darwin 7, Darwin requires 128 mb memory. So you'd be stuck with 
Darwin 6.

Apple Darwin= open sources bits, once per major release put together 
for an ISO
OpenDarwin= based on the apple bits, with additional things, more than 
one release per major darwin release
XDarwin= the X Server that is used on the darwin platform
