network configuration help -- using ncutil

I want to manually configure my Lombard running OpenDarwin 7.2.1 box with a 
static IP.
I've gone through the ncutil documentation, and I have what appears to be a 
correct configuration, but en0 never has a IP address after I reboot.
I'm currently running the version of ncutil that comes with OpenDarwin 7.2.1.  
I'm going to try building ncutil 2.1.2 and see if that makes any difference, 
but maybe there's something I've overlooked.
Below are the settings I've made in ncutil.  Are there any other settings that 
I should be checking?
