Changes to Sancho

I just finished fixing the MySQL dates on sancho. In the process, I
moved it over to MySQL 4.0.22 (from Apple's borken 4.0.14 in 10.3.2,
which really sucks... hardcore).

Also, I may have lost a few privilege grants. I added the correct ones for:
http://darwine.opendarwin.org/
http://darwinports.opendarwin.org/
http://darwinports.opendarwin.org/ports/
and of course
http://www.opendarwin.org/bugzilla/

So those should work. If anybody needs any others, mail me (or do it
yourself if you can :P).

Bugzilla's bug comments are now sorting correctly. Yay.

Whoever borked it in the first place owes me a drink or ten, methinks :-)
