Bugzilla products re-organization

Looking through Bugzilla's product list, I noticed that at least two
products were stale.

Firstly, OpenPlay. This had zero bugs, is not an OpenDarwin project.
Lane Roathe agreed that this was not wanted and I have removed it.

Secondly, Streaming Server. This has 2 bugs, but it is not an
OpenDarwin project. The Darwin Streaming Server page at
<http://developer.apple.com/darwin/projects/streaming/> says that bugs
should be reported to Apple's bug reporter. I propose that this
product be removed from Bugzilla also.

Finally, it makes NO SENSE WHATSOEVER to have a dual purpose
OpenDarwin product. I propose that the Web Server and Web Content
components be split out into an Infrastructure product (much like what
Apache has).

If I get no feedback I will go ahead anyway.
