Per discussion on #opendarwin, I moved all the Darwin bugs to a new
OpenDarwin/General component and closed them as INVALID.

The OpenDarwin product's description has been updated to read:
NOTE: General Darwin bugs do NOT belong here UNLESS you intend to work
on them. All bugs not specific to OpenDarwin should be filed upstream
with Apple FIRST.

The Darwin product has been deleted.
