Re: new release?

I expect that Panther / Darwin 7 will have a much greater longevity 
than previous Mac OS X releases.  As such I would certainly like to see 
an OpenDarwin 7.8 release to bring OpenDarwin up-to-speed with the 
latest offering from Apple, before the Tiger cutover begins.

I've been spending quite a bit of time on the Darwin Build Scripts, and 
will volunteer to be the build manager for OpenDarwin 7.8.  If we can 
get a few more volunteers for mastering the ISO and coordinating QA, 
then we can make this release happen!
