Best Mailing List for Userspace Programmer?

What is the 'comp.unix.programmer' equivalent for darwin?

I have some libraries that I want to ensure work properly on Mac OS X and
I have questions about how to properly build dylibs, POSIX type stuff,
and perhaps an occasional non-standard thing like openpty, rfork, etc.
