Where do i have to post a port request ?

Hi,
is there a specific place where do i should post for 'requesting' a port.

I've found a PAM module, and i think it's very useful, i'd like to 
see it on Darwin.

shortly it's a BlackList module. It writes down an IP list of failed 
(ssh, ftp, etc. etc.) login attempt and via PAM it makes failing 
every brute force attack.

The develpoer told me i'ts for linux and not for unix. (???!!!???)

Now, 'cause i'm not a programmer like opendarwin staff ... i'd like 
to ask them if there is a way to make it run on Darwin.
