It does, but OpenDarwin doesn't have an EFI-aware bootloader, and I 
don't know whether it has drivers for the Mac Mini's motherboard.  As it 
predates the Mini, I'm guessing no.  Without looking too closely at the 
source I'd also guess that there's no GPT support.

I don't know what specific hardware is supported, and the OpenDarwin HCL 
has disappeared.  One thing I do know is that you'll need an 
SSE2-capable system for the Darwin 8 release.  You need a system with a 
BIOS, unless you want to run Mac OS X in which case you need a Mac ;-) 
and they supply you with a more up-to-date Darwin.
