a full freedom?

i'm sorry if this is not too much of an appropriate question but i'm really 
very sad about your decision. wouldn't it be possible to detach from apple 
fully? i mean, to become a seperate, independent project rather than apple's 
testing ground or whatever you'd like to put it? is this somehow excluded by 
the apple license?
