i'm trying to secure a single 8-way xeon as a permanent cpu server.

i have two other machines -- both 2.6ghz pentium IV used as a file and
spare cpu server.

i _may_ get my hands on a 1TB ide disk array, which would be fun to
play with.

that's all if i stay at ucalgary, of course :)
