I don't see this as a user-level thing (as implied by 'login') this is
a lease on a resource and as a user I should be able to combine my leases
to get a job done.

If I have 2 or more leases at your site at a particular time (I may have
purchased one from someone else at a better price) then I should be able to
combine them to get a big job done.  If the leases form the access priviledges
of the job then I am unlikely to be able to co-ordinate the tasks running under
each job.  I think the resource lease and the user who exercises it should be
independant things.
