event processing broken ??

Hi All,

I installed recently  XFree86 4.1 and got some strange problems.

- At startup I have to produce mouse events in order to get a start of 
XFree86 in a normal time frame ... if I don't move the mouse the start 
takes minutes after showing the first raw graphical screen :-(

- After starting the twm ... all characters typed into a terminal window 
appear only after moving the mouse. This happens also with all graphical 
changes on the screen.

- Keyboard events and click events of the mouse don't produce the same 
result ...

What's the problem ... where to look into the sources ?

I can create all binaries which are not specific to the OS support of NTO.
