xfree4.3.1

Hi,
Since I've installed xfree4.3.1, there is a strange problem when I start some
apps. For example, DDD start by a small welcome window.
That window appear in the fvwm2 desktop as you can see on the joined jpeg.
If I don't click on the desktop 'welcome to DDD!' button, ddd will stay waiting
for I don't what indefinitely.

Any idea?
