It is available for download from the project web site:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/openqnx/
(you will need the LessTif package, availabe at the same place).

the old ddd package that is shipped with rtp6.1 doesn't work with
XFree86 4. Hope this newer version will fill the gap and fixes all
the outstanding problem you have with the old one.
