Hello Heiko,

I'm pretty sure umpnpmgr is not part of your problem, because umpnpmgr 
means "User Mode Plug and Play Manager" and is responsible for managing 
resources for plug and play devices.

I guess you mean the ReactOS Application Manager (Rapps.exe).
