Hi Stephanos! Try an operating system which is bootable from USB-Stick or Rescue-CD. If the Notebook starts up with (e.g.) Ubuntu, then provide some diagnostic-tools to check the HardDrive and the memory. Maybe PackardBell has something on their website.
